Yes, it seems to be an issue with GOG Galaxy not launching the game. I've tried completely reinstalling the game (deleting all documents folders and appdata folders for both Candor and Larian Studios) and redownloading Candor + relaunching to create a new profile, but the modding issue persists. I went into my profile, and the file is definitely there. I get a complaint that " modsettings.lsx does not exist". I used Candor Mod Manager, and tried to enable mods through it.
